A Warning to All Online Shoppers: My $246 GlassesUSA Nightmare 😤
I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering buying glasses online. My experience was an absolute nightmare. GlassesUSA has still not sent my refund for an order I never received. They have $246.00 of my hard-earned money for an order placed on February 24th, and the tracking number still shows it stuck in Atlanta. I can't get a response for a refund; all they keep telling me is it is in transit from a BOT. Whatever happened to customer service? After getting nowhere with their automated system, I finally had to try and reach a live person to demand my money back.
Customer: My order number is #105081183. I placed it over a month ago, it never arrived, and you have $246 of my money. I’m done with your automated bots. I want a full refund now.
CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about this incredibly frustrating experience. Let me pull up your order details right now. I understand you've been waiting a long time.
Customer: Sorry doesn't get my money back. The tracking hasn't moved in weeks. I’ve used other companies and never had this problem. Just issue the refund.

Customer: Fine. But it shouldn't take a formal complaint to speak to a person and get this resolved. This is terrible service.
