I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering ordering from this website, especially if you have a deadline. My experience has been incredibly frustrating. I was hoping to get new glasses for a trip, but that has long since passed with no updates. It's led me to this conclusion: "Frustrating is the word to describe this company - dishonest would be another. They claim 6 days to produce the glasses - has anyone really had them make good on this? Their customer service bot is worthless and I doubt there are any HUMAN reps. I ordered for a trip thinking no problem it will take a few weeks - that has come and gone and no date in sight. Pretty disappointed that they mislead on how long it actually takes probably shipped from China." After getting stuck with their useless bot, I finally demanded to speak to a real person to get some answers.

Customer: I've had enough of your automated system. I placed an order weeks ago for a trip that has already happened. Where are my glasses? CS Rep: I'm very sorry to hear about the delay and that you missed having your glasses for your trip. Can you please provide me with your order number so I can check the exact status for you? Customer: It's [Order Number]. Your website claims six days for production. That's a lie. It's been weeks and I have no idea what's going on. CS Rep: Thank you. I see your order here. I sincerely apologize; it appears there has been an unexpected delay in production. That is not the standard we aim for, and I understand your frustration completely. Customer: So what now? When am I actually going to get them? I'm tired of being misled. CS Rep: I am personally escalating this to our lab for an immediate update. As a gesture for this unacceptable delay, I would also like to offer you a partial refund. I will follow up with you via email within 24 hours with a concrete shipping date.

The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap of false promises and frustrating delays.
