A 2.5-Hour Nightmare: My Frustrating Online Glasses Order 😤
I'm writing this to warn anyone considering buying glasses online about my terrible shopping experience. I was hoping for a quick and easy purchase, but instead, I was met with pure frustration. My conclusion after this ordeal is simple: the "Web site was so messed up it took me 2-1/2 hours to purchase two pairs of glasses. I was not able to type in my prescription and save it to continue my purchase. so I will have to be sent an email so i can type in the information that i already typed in on your silly web site. I am not sure I will ever attempt to order glasses from glasses USA ever again. The entire process was so very frustrating and certainly a waste of my time." This is exactly why I felt compelled to contact customer service, hoping to salvage the order.
Customer: I just wasted over two hours trying to place an order. Your website wouldn't save my prescription and now it's telling me to wait for an email to re-enter it all. This is ridiculous.
