This place proved to be nothing more than an automated business that cares nothing about its customers. They are a fraud, ripping customers off for services they charge for and do NOT provide. I paid for "next day delivery," which their site clearly stated was eligible, only to receive an email hours later saying my order would take 3 business days. Where was my "next day" delivery? This bait-and-switch felt like a total rip-off, especially when trying to get my $19.95 fee refunded was like talking to a brick wall. I felt compelled to leave a review and engage with customer service because their complete lack of response to multiple emails and frustrating automated systems made it clear they hoped I'd just give up from pure frustration.
Customer: I selected "place an order" just to speak to a human. I'm calling because I paid for "next day delivery" for order [Order Number] and it's clearly not next day. Your site said it was eligible, but my email confirms it will take three business days. I want my $19.95 delivery fee refunded immediately. CS Rep: I understand your frustration regarding the delivery timeframe, and I apologize for the discrepancy between what was advertised and the actual delivery estimate. Let me pull up your order for you. Could you please provide your order number? Customer: It's [Order Number]. This isn't just a "discrepancy"; it's misleading. I've tried calling your automated line and live chat, sent multiple emails—all ignored. This is completely unacceptable. CS Rep: Thank you. I see your order for the Plano lenses. I can confirm the updated delivery estimate of three business days. Regarding the next-day delivery fee, I will submit a request to our billing department for a review of a potential refund for the $19.95. Customer: "Potential refund"? I paid for a service that wasn't provided! There's nothing to "produce" with Plano lenses, so there's no reason for the delay. I need that refund, not a request that might be denied.
