This is unacceptable given you paid for express shipping. Customer: Unacceptable is an understatement! My old glasses broke, that's why I paid extra. On day 11, I called and got a shipping refund, but I still don't have my glasses! I need to know when they will actually ship. CS Rep: You are absolutely right. I am escalating this immediately with our production team for an exact status and to push for priority completion. I will also arrange an additional discount for the inconvenience. Customer: A discount is fine, but I need my glasses. Can you confirm they'll ship within the next day or two, or should I just cancel?
