⚠️ A Nightmare of Wrong Prescriptions & Ghost Support
I'm writing this as a warning to anyone considering this company. My terrible online shopping experience has been a nightmare of wrong orders and non-existent support. They sent me the wrong prescription safety glasses, causing dizziness and nausea. It’s been Impossible to get ahold of a live person to actually help get this resolved. Multiple chat sessions, phone calls and emails and still can’t in touch with anyone. I recommend buying from another company even if it’s a few more dollars. After countless attempts, I finally got through, and this is how the conversation went.
Customer: I am beyond frustrated. You sent me the wrong prescription for my safety glasses. They're making me dizzy and sick, and I've spent days trying to reach a real person. Is anyone there going to fix this?
CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about the error with your prescription and the trouble you've had contacting us. That is not the experience we want for our customers. Can you please provide me with your order number so I can look into this immediately?
Customer: My order number is [Order Number]. I’ve already sent this in three emails that nobody answered. I need this resolved now. I can't use these glasses and I need them for work.
CS Rep: Thank you, I have your order right here. I see the mistake and I sincerely apologize. We will remake your glasses with the correct prescription at no charge and expedite the shipping. I'm also sending you a prepaid return label for the incorrect pair.
Customer: Fine. But if this happens again, I’m done. This has been a complete waste of my time and money.
CS Rep: I completely understand your frustration and I will personally oversee the remake to ensure it is done correctly. You will receive an email confirmation of the new order within the hour.
The reason I left this review on the website is to hopefully prevent others from falling into the same trap.
