I was lured in by a promotional offer, but their website proved to be so full of glitches that it made it impossible to collect the discount I was promised. This dishonesty, combined with a complete lack of accessible customer service – no 24-hour support, no live agents – meant I was completely stuck. I felt compelled to leave a review and engage with their customer service because their practice of not honoring promos and making it impossible to collect offers, coupled with an unprofessional approach, was unacceptable and a total waste of my time.
Customer: I'm calling about my recent order, number 1050XXXXX. I had a buy-one-get-one-free promotion that simply would not apply on your website. I was charged full price for two pairs, and it's completely dishonest. CS Rep: I apologize for the difficulty you experienced with our website and the promotional offer, sir/ma'am. Let me pull up your order details to investigate this for you. Customer: It's beyond difficulty; it's deceptive. Your site was full of glitches, and now I'm being told I have to return and reorder just to get the deal you messed up and admitted to. Why can't you just credit the difference back to my card? That's the simple solution. CS Rep: I truly understand your frustration.
